Fruity Raspberry Sorbet

Sorbet made of fresh raspberries, so easy to make and utterly delicious.

Recipe
Fruity Raspberry Sorbet
4-6 serving

5 dl raspberries
3 dl water
2 tbsp sugar
3 Eggs
2-3 tbsp sugar


Mash the raspberries and mix with water and sugar.
Pour the pulp in a mold to a semi-solid mass (about 1 hour)
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar while beating vigorously.
Combine the foam with the semi-solid mass.
Churn in your ice cream maker or freeze it for at least 3 hours and stir a few times, then the sorbet will get an even and smooth texture.
