Salad of flowers and herbs

Recipe
Edible flowers
Lemon juice
Fresh herbs, such as parsley, taragon, chervil, chives
Olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper
Find as many edible flowers as you can.
Combine with all the fresh herbs, roughly chopped.
Season with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt & black pepper.
Eat with barbecued fish, summer on a plate.
