Not strictly a tequila sunrise, but close enough. Although oranges are a winter fruit no one can resist making a tequila based summer drink, and we all adore the tang of campari.
Tequila Summer Suns
Recipe
makes 6
ice cubes
120ml tequila (20ml tequila per glass)
800ml orange juice
slices of lemon, to serve
30ml campari (1 tsp/5ml per glass)

1. Place the ice cubes in the glasses, and pour over the tequila, orange juice and lemon slices.
2. Drizzle over the campari, and serve.
