Steamed Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

Hollandaise sauce is a luxury silky sauce made of eggs and butter. Its often thought that hollandaise sauce is difficult and therefore something exclusive to restaurants, but with this recipe its actually very simple to make at home. And utterly delicious!

Recipe
Hollandaise Sauce
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cidre vinegar
100 g butter
salt & pepper
Place the egg yolks with salt & pepper in the kitchen machine and process for 1 minute.
Heat lemon juice and vinegar in a small sauce pan.
Add to the egg yolks in a small stream while processing. Turn machine off.
In the same sauce pan melt the butter.
Add the melted butter in a small stream to the egg mixture while processing.
Pour the sauce over steamed asparagus and serve immediately.
