Steak Fiorentina with barbecued zucchini

We love to sprinkle our steak Fiorentina with Fleur de Sel & freshly ground black pepper, and serve it with barbecued zucchini and coarse bread to soak up the delicous juices from the steak.

Recipe
2-3 zucchini's for 4 persons
olive oil
white wine vinegar
salt & pepper
handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
Cut the zucchini lengthwise in thin slices, place them on the barbecue until they begin to brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Arrange the slices on a plate, sprinkle with salt & pepper, drizzle with white wine vinegar and olive oil, and
finish with a handful of chopped mint leaves and serve.
That's all, dead easy and utterly delicious.
