Roasted langoustines with garlic

We love to eat langoustines with garlic butter & crusty bread to soak up the juices, and dead easy to make.

Recipe
10 langoustines, halved
200g butter
1 tbsp flat leave parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon, in wedges
salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Melt the butter on a low flame, add garlic, parsley, and salt & pepper.
Lay the langoustines in a shallow roasting pan, pour the garlic butter over the langoustines and roast for 8-10 minutes, until done.
Serve with crusty bread & lemon wedges.
Serves 4
