Protein Bars

Winter Magic

Delicious healthy home made protein bars.

25 fresh pitted dates
1/4 cup water
1 1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup coconut mass
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup puffed quinoa
1/2 cup hemp seeds
2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup peanuts

Mix dates and water to a paste in a food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
If it gets too dry, add more dates or peanut butter. If you want to make bars, press the dough into a 20x20 cm form. Cover with baking paper and put in the freezer.
Cut into elongated bars and enjoy at once or store in the freezer.
To make balls, roll the dough into smaller balls.
Also delicious when rolled in coconut mass.
