Oysters and chips, served with mustard mayo & Mignonette sauce, a sauce tradionally served with raw oysters.

Recipe
Mignonette sauce
1/2 cup good quality red wine vinegar
1/2 cup good quality white wine vinegar
2 shallots, chopped in small cubes
feshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and serve with raw oysters.
