Sometimes we crave hot dogs, the classic, with mustard, onions & sauerkraut. Make sure to use good sausages, fry the onions on a low flame for 20-30 minutes so that they’ll caramelize, let the sauerkraut simmer with white wine, geniver berries & bay leaves for 4o minutes and top with the best mustard. Delicious and makes the kids very happy too.
