Have you ever had the feeling that something must have been made just for you? Paul Lowe totally had that feeling walking into the new food market in Williamsburg New York, called Smorgasburg. Or Smorg as the hipsters in the area call it. You walk into something that best can be described as a gravel filled football field by the river with amazing view of Manhattan. There are just so much to take in. The smells are divine, the food looks all amazing and the vibe of the place is so great. You just can’t help being sucked in.
Paul found himself surrounded by home made jams, cakes, herbs, oils, food from every corner of the world, even corners he never heard about! You can get thin crust pizza, lobster rolls, dumplings, mexican, gourmet donuts, grilled cheese and so much more. It’s impossible to leave without having something to eat. The food is simply to good and fresh to leave behind. Smorgasburg, every saturday 9-5 in Williamsburg, New York. So, if a trip to New York is on the agenda, don’t forget Smorgasburg.
