Chicken and Eggs

Make a platter with small bites for Easter; grilled peppers, marinated olives, spicy roasted almonds & eggs with dukkah

Dukkah recipe
250 g sesame seeds
60 g hazelnuts
125 g coriander seeds
60 g cumins seeds
salt & pepper to taste
Roast sesame seeds & hazelnuts for 7-10 minutes on a tray in preheated oven 220 Âșc.
Roast cumin seeds & coriander seeds in a dry frying pan.
Place all ingredients in food processor with salt and pepper and grind until finely crushed.
Serve as dip, with (quail) eggs & radishes.
