Camembert Fondue

Nothing beats a delicious gooey camembert fondue in front of the fire place. Simply bake it in the oven with some seasoning and serve with your favorite veggies & some bread. Enjoy!

Camembert fondue
Ingredients: (for 2-4 people)
1 small camembert in a box
2 tsp olive oil
sourdough bread
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place baking paper on the baking tray.
Take the cheese out of the box and mould the baking paper around the cheese.
Cut off the "lid" on the cheese.
Pour over olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until you see that the cheese softens / melts.
Serve with sourdough bread and small bouquets of fresh cauliflower
