Recipe
Banana and apricot nectar smoothie
1 banana
1 tablespoon cashews
1 dried apricot
juice of 1 lemon
2 cups apricot nectar
6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed till creamy smooth.
