Richard Peters and Heidi Dokulil in Sydney Australia have challenged the concept ‘ bigger is better’ and have created an unassuming home that is full of spirit and soul. Their home is straightforward, uncomplicated, plain and simple. This is the life they aspire to in this complicated and fast-paced world. A simple brick industrial home, built in 1890 by 2 Irish Blacksmiths brothers. Over the past 120 years the building has also operated as a motorcycle repair shop, a second-hand washing-machine warehouse, a builder’s workshop and a studio for local artists.
